TURFDONNA provided syndicators Australian Bloodstock with a prestigious international victory when she took out the Grade 1 German Oaks on Sunday.
Turfdonna, who is trained by Andreas Wohler, carried the same colours as Australian Bloodstock’s Melbourne Cup winner last year Protectionist.
Australian Bloodstock were considering bringing Turfdonna out for the spring but they are likely to reconsider this after her win.
Australian Bloodstock’s Jamie Lovett said Wohler was looking at a Group 1 race in France with her.
The win also made her an extremely valuable filly who could be sold in Europe.
