Our lone runner on Saturday saw the debut of our impressive trial winner TIDALZONE . Stepping out for the first time the strapping Snitzel 2yo could not of been anymore impressive. After getting trapped a little wide to begin he appeared to not handle the bend at Warwick Farm before giving the leaders 6 lengths on straightening before balancing up and mowing down the place getters to be beaten a lip for 2nd/3rd with the winner 3 lengths away. As trainer Gerald Ryan had predicted pre-race the 1100m was too short and we will now look to step him up in distance in the coming weeks. It would appear though that we have again unearthed a potential top class juvenile.
