SYDNEY
Starting in Sydney the highly promising VILLIERS meets a small but very good field on Wednesday at Canterbury. We expect a few of these horses to be winning some very good races in the future and it will be a good guide for how Villiers is going.
On Saturday in Sydney will see CARDINAL VIRTUE step out in what appears to be a big drop in Grade. After doing all the work last start against the super mare Hot Danish in which he ran a very Gallant 3rd at Group 2 level Cardinal will be placed in a Benchmark race and be looking to get back into the winners circle- the form from the Group 2 race has been excellent and we expect him to be fighting out the finish.
WESTERN AUSTRALIA
The big hype horse will return in WA for new Trainer ADAM DURRANT. On Saturday MASTER OF DESIGN will be having his first run for Australian Bloodstock. This horse is a stallion in the making and judging on his trial and his work we expect him to be going through his grades so hopes are high.
NORTHERN TERRITORY
Steal The Cash on Saturday resumes after a spell and another winning successful campaign is expected. He will be short but is expected to be in the money
QUEENSLAND
Hangover Henry drops in grade and competes on Wednesday . Henry is such a consistent horse and its expected he will be fighting the finish out again.
Dealers on Saturday is resuming after having a highly successful first campaign. He has really blossomed since his spell and has been thrown in the deep end into a $75,000 Quality race against a good line up
VICTORIA
Bendigo Belle makes her much awaited debut on Friday and hopes are high of this well bred General Nediym filly.
However the main attraction in Victoria will be the much awaited arrival of our Melbourne Cup Hopeful ILLUSTRIOUS BLUE on Saturday. He arrives in sometime Saturday morning and will head to quarantine .His work has been excellent and hopefully he will travel well in order for our biggest race.
