Owned by a partnership that includes Australian Bloodstock and some good ownersl, STORMFRONT's recent performances have captured the attention of racing enthusiasts and experts alike.

In his latest outing at Cranbourne, STORMFRONT claimed victory in the Hygain Handicap, solidifying his reputation as a rising star. Competing against a competitive field of 10, he displayed exceptional speed and determination, crossing the finish line in 1:18.46 for the 1300-meter race, with a comfortable margin ahead of his nearest rival, Tipsy Toronado. His jockey, B Melham, expertly guided him through the race, showcasing the gelding’s ability to perform under pressure.

Prior to this triumph, STORMFRONT made waves on August 12, 2024, at the Pakenham RC Stable of Stars Racing Maiden, where he won decisively in a time of 1:04.29 over 1100 meters on a synthetic track. That victory marked his impressive debut and raised expectations for his future races.

Trainer C W McDonald praised STORMFRONT’s work ethic and competitive spirit. "He’s a natural athlete with a great mindset. Each race has shown his potential, and we believe he has a bright future ahead," McDonald stated.

Stormfront was recently purchased from Trilogy racing who only race colts so it came as no surprise when the decision was made to geld Stormfront that his owners moved him on. Jamie Lovett CEO of Australian Bloodstock said " it was all a bit rushed really from when we agreed to buy the horse to when he raced and as a result i dont think we even sold him fully but that proved to be no issue as i thought he wont very easily and its good to have yet another promising galloper in the colours- im sure after today the phone will be ringing from both aborad and locally from those interested in the horse. Clinton has done a great job with him and hopefully we can go 3 from 3 next time out"
