When we purchased our Multiple Group 1 winning sire out of Japan Maddie not only rode him all of his work, but also travelled both interstate and internationally with him.

Maddie was work rider and travelling foreman for Darren Weir when winning both Group 1’s and then travelled to Dubai with Smash when trained by Kris Lees.

She has obviously taken a keen interest in the progeny of Brave Smash since taking out her trainers license in 2020, and feels this bloke is as close to him physically as any yearling that she has inspected by him this season.

The fact that we had him top pick of the Brave Smash progeny at the Magic Millions sales, gave us every reason to renew our association with Maddie and partner up with this striking grey colt !!

He will head to Toskana Lodge next where we will look to break him in early and hopefully drive on the big Magic Millions Racing Carnival in 2025 !!
